Who may crew the vessel — people and their roles and delegated authority, the qualifications and licences they hold (and whether verified), training records, vessel inductions, and the crewing assessment that sets minimum safe crew

Managing fatigue and fitness for duty — the fatigue risk management plan, work and rest records, per-voyage fitness-for-duty declarations, and the drug and alcohol policy
